28/06/07 Philip Nicholas The Parish Council has imposed a 10pm 'curfew' on the Robert Franklin Way playground, because of late-night disturbance to adjoining houses. We are debating whether to apply such a curfew to the Upper Up playing field, and welcome contributions to that debate.
